GENDER EQUITY NEWS UPDATE: Chloe Is Unstoppable!
Ten-year-old Chloe won’t let her cerebral palsy define what she can and cannot achieve. With a passion for ballet dancing and unrelenting dream of being a professional dancer, Chloe is an athlete highlighting the intersectionality of sports, girls, and people with disabilities.
Her fierce passion for dance serves as inspiration for other girls with disabilities and proves that they can do anything if they have faith in themselves and the support of others! With the help of her parents and her ballet teacher, Chloe gives ballet dancing a try and falls in love with the sport. Chloe’s experience showcases the importance of inclusive spaces, particularly in the athletic field, and its greater role in equity.
